We cover Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Bristol, Birmingham and the surrounding areas. However, we are happy to discuss travelling further afield.

Access to water is not essential but is helpful. We do require access to a minimum of 2x 13 amp sockets. If we are using the horsebox bar we would ideally like access to a 32 amp supply although we can provide a generator if required.

Although we are fully licenced for the sale of alcohol,you may need a temporary events notice for the venue. This is something we can discuss and help you with if required.

We have a huge range of drinks available on our bars which you can find on our drinks list. our prices reflect the amount you would pay in a pub or bar, we do not charge the normal expensive event bar prices.

Yes, We charge a £100 deposite to secure your date. This is refundable after your event has taken place.

We can guide you through the booking process, please fill out our contact form to enquire about your event.

Yes, We have many drinks packages available such as, Arrival drinks, Table wines and Toast Drink among others. Check out our packages here.

At a minimum we require at least 2 hours to get the bar fully set for your event, but the more time you can give us the better. Setting up the previous day is a bonus.

No, we do not have a minimum spend put in place on our bars.

Yes, all of our bars come with facilities to pay by cash and card.
